Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

You may use GLP Wise to track your own GLP-1 weight-loss medication, weight, body measurements, food, water, exercise and side-effects, and to use the Pro features (Doctor Report, weekly summary, AI food analysis, AI food search, AI meal suggestions) for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. One person, one account

Each account is for one natural person. Do not share your login credentials. Do not log entries on behalf of someone else under your account — if a family member or patient also uses the app, they must create their own account so the data, the Doctor Report, the side-effect correlations and the AI suggestions stay theirs.

3. Honest data

Do not knowingly enter false health data with the intent to manipulate the app's outputs (e.g. inflating weight loss for a Doctor Report you intend to show your medical aid, or under-reporting food to game the AI suggestions). The app is built around the assumption that you are honest with yourself; misuse breaks the safety logic and can lead to harmful suggestions.

4. Things you must not do

You must not, and you must not permit anyone else to:

• use GLP Wise for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable South African or international law;
• use the app to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate or harm any person;
• upload or input content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hate speech, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• use the AI features to attempt to extract medical advice for someone other than yourself, to obtain dosing instructions outside the app's intended use, or to bypass the app's safety disclaimers;
• attempt to inject prompts or other content designed to make the AI return harmful, biased or unsafe output;
• attempt to circumvent the per-user monthly AI usage cap, the Pro entitlement gate, or any other rate limit, paywall or security control;
• scrape, spider, harvest or otherwise extract data from the app or the server in bulk, whether by automated means or otherwise;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app (except to the extent that South African law allows it despite the EULA);
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, any other user's account, or the underlying infrastructure;
• introduce malware, viruses, trojans, worms or any other harmful code into the app or the service;
• send spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial solicitations through any feature of the app;
• use the app to develop a competing product, or to train any AI model on data the app generates;
• resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise commercially exploit the app or any access to it.

5. Reviewer / sandbox accounts

The playreview sandbox account is provided to App Store and Google Play reviewers for the sole purpose of reviewing GLP Wise. It is not a public account, has a server-side Pro entitlement, and is reset on a 24-hour cycle. Any unauthorised use of the sandbox account is a breach of this AUP.

6. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any breach of this AUP — for example, an account being used to harass another user, or a security vulnerability — please report it to support@glpwise.com. Vulnerability reports are welcome; please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.

7. Enforcement

FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• warn you about a breach of this AUP;
• throttle, suspend or terminate your account;
• remove or disable access to specific features (for example, the AI features) for your account;
• preserve and disclose data as required by law or to protect the safety of users.

Where the breach is also a breach of South African law, we may report it to the relevant authority.
