1. Who We Are

GLP Wise is operated by FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa under CIPC registration number 2026/345752/07, with its registered office at 47 Barbarossa Rd, Sonstraal, Durbanville, 7550, South Africa. Sole director: Florian Heinrich.

References to "we", "our" or "us" in these Terms mean FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd. References to "GLP Wise" or "the app" mean the GLP Wise mobile application, web service and any related materials we provide.

All user-facing correspondence — legal notices, support requests, refund queries and any other contact — is handled at the single mailbox support@glpwise.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GLP Wise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Medical Disclaimer

GLP Wise is a personal health tracking tool and is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All nutritional data provided by AI analysis are estimates and may not be accurate. Side effect correlations are observational patterns, not clinical findings. Doctor reports generated by the app contain self-reported data and are not clinical documents.

Always consult your healthcare provider before:

• Making changes to your medication dosage or schedule
• Modifying your diet based on app recommendations
• Making health decisions based on data tracked in this app

4. Age Requirement

GLP Wise is intended for users aged 18 and older. GLP-1 weight loss medications are prescribed to adults, and this app is designed for adult users. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Data & Privacy

Your health tracking data is stored locally on your device. Account information is stored securely on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device issues, app uninstallation, or technical failures.

7. AI-Powered Features

Our food analysis and search features use artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional values. These estimates:

• May not be 100% accurate
• Should not be the sole basis for dietary decisions
• Are provided for convenience and general guidance only

Food photos submitted for analysis are processed by third-party AI services and are not stored permanently.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

GLP Wise offers a Free tier and GLP Wise Pro with three pricing options:

• Monthly: R49/month
• Yearly: R399/year
• Lifetime: R999 once

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

• All Pro plans include a 7-day free trial
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by South African law — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any medical decisions made based on app data
• Inaccurate nutritional estimates from AI analysis
• Medication errors related to pen inventory tracking
• Data loss from device issues or app removal
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the app. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law (in particular the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008).

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GLP Wise — including the source code, the GLP Wise name, the wordmark, the icon, the Wise Teal palette and all artwork — are owned by FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of South Africa and other jurisdictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works without the prior written permission of FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd. Use of the app under these Terms is governed by our End-User Licence Agreement.

11. Termination

FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings, which will remove all server-side data associated with your account.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes between you and FNC Labs (Pty) Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, sitting in the Western Cape Division of the High Court (Cape Town).

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
